How orders are made
Each item is printed to order by our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Printing and packing normally take 2 to 5 business days before an order leaves the facility. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

What shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout, and the amount shown there is the amount you pay. At the time of writing, the rates are:

- Europe — US$4.99
- Canada — US$8.59
- Australia and New Zealand — US$7.99
- Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein — US$10.39
- Brazil — US$12.49

How long delivery takes
After production, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days inside the United States and 10 to 20 business days elsewhere. These are estimates from our fulfilment partner and the carriers, not guarantees: customs processing, weather and local carrier delays can stretch them.
Import duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are not included in the price or in the shipping cost, and they are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot tell you in advance what they will be, and an order that is refused or abandoned at customs cannot be refunded.
Orders with more than one item
Items in the same order may be printed at different facilities and arrive separately. That never costs you anything extra.
If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived within the estimate, or tracking has stopped moving, email info@illi-ai.com with your order number. What happens next is set out in our Refund Policy.
