This store at shop.illi-ai.com is operated by ILLIAI LLC (“we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States. By using this store or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What this store sells

This store sells physical merchandise. It is separate from the IlliAi application and from any subscription to it: your use of the application is governed by the application’s own terms, and nothing here changes them.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping, import duties or taxes, which are added or explained at checkout. The checkout page is the authoritative source for what you will be charged. Payment is handled by our payment provider and the available methods are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm it by email. Because every item is printed to order, production usually starts soon after that, so an order can only be changed or cancelled before production begins. Write to us immediately if you need to.

We may refuse or cancel an order and refund you in full if the item is unavailable, if its price or description was shown incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud.

5. The products

Printed colours can look different on a screen than on fabric, and measurements vary slightly between individual garments. The fit of each tee is described on its product page: these are oversized, EU-sized garments that run large. Size exchanges and faults are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping, exchanges and refunds

7. Our designs and marks

The designs, artwork, text, logo and name used in this store belong to ILLIAI LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the product. It does not give you the right to reproduce the design, print it yourself, or resell it as your own.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this store to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to scrape, copy or republish its content commercially.

9. Limits on our liability

We provide this store and its products as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the rights you have as a consumer where you live.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we handle it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts located in Orange County, Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published here when you place it, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
